Vincent “Jim” Maione, Jr., age 87 of Holiday City Berkeley section of Berkeley Twp. passed away on October 9, 2013 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Cliffside Park, NJ, Vincent lived in Fairview and Ridgefield before moving to Holiday City in 1986. Mr. Maione served in the United States Navy Seabees during WWII. He later owned and operated Jim’s T.V Repair in Fairview, NJ, for over 40 years. Vincent was a parishioner of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Toms River. He was a disabled veteran and a member of the VFW.
Vincent enjoyed boating, crabbing and spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed. Vincent is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Filomena (Pisatura) Maione, his daughters, Diana Marie, Susan, Phyllis and Mary Anne, his sisters, Connie and Mildred, his grandchildren, John, Brian, Jaime, David and Gina, and his great-grandchildren, Trinity Rose and Nixxon David.
