Vincent James Krajewski, 72, a resident of Idaho, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at his home in Richfield.

Wincenty Krajewski was born on July 18, 1947 in Wildflecken, Germany W.W. II DP Camp, the son of Zygmunt Krajewski and Maria (Mary) Geborene Nadarzeniska/Nadarzynska Krajewski.  Vincent’s baptism was on August 29, 1948 in Fulda by the Polish Priest of the DP Camp Fulda.  His family settled in Chicago, Illinois when he was a young boy where he went to school and lived with his mother and sisters.

Vincent proudly served our country in the Army from 1967 – 1970.  While in the Army he worked construction as a carpenter building bridges amongst other structures.

He met and married the love of his life – Kathleen Freitas and they shared many years filled with love and laughter with friends and family.

Vincent is survived by: his sons – Billy Krajewski of Illinois and Josh Pelletier of Idaho; his daughters – Tina Krajewski of Illinois, Kylie Crawford of Idaho and Alexis Barrow of Arizona; 10 grandchildren – Jeramy, Aaron and Seth Richardson of Arizona; Riley Crawford of Washington; Rian Pelletier and Tyler Smith of Idaho; Kristyn, Ally and Melissa Krajewski of Illinois; one great grandchild – Freya Richardson; nieces – Theresa (Bruce Forth) Kiec, Jeanne (James Henaghan) Kiec, Christine (Kenneth Katuzny) Kiec, Alice (Henry Samaan) Kiec, and Sharon (Rene Urias) Kiec.

He was preceded in death by: his mother – Maria (Mary), and father – Zygmunt; two sisters – Stephanie (Joe Giersz) Krajewski of Chicago, Illinois and Zenona (Chester Kiec) Krajewski – who were born in Poland; his nieces – Janice and Mary (Ralph Cortellassi) Kiec; his nephews – Ricky and Kenny Giersz; and step-son – Carmen; and a granddaughter – Nova LaVonne Barrow.
