Vincenzo (Vincent) F. Caronna, “Jimmy”, of Colchester and formerly of Glastonbury, widower of the late Dorothy (Miller) Caronna, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018 at Middlesex Hospital. Born Jan. 30, 1927 in Enfield, he was the son of the late Francisco and Maria (Gannuscio) Caronna. Mr. Caronna served proudly with the U.S. Navy during World War II. Vincent went on to work as a draftsman with Dunham Bush Commercial Refrigeration for many years before his retirement. He loved to be at home, where he enjoyed reading, gardening and “tinkering” in the shop. Before moving to Colchester, he was a longtime communicant of St.
