Addie Victoria Turner Zenfell, 99, of Moberly formerly of St Louis, died in the early hours of Wednesday May 15th, 2019. Victoria’s long and sunny life began on August 2, 1919 on a farm in Floyd, Virginia, to the union of Benjamin and Lourie (Bowling) Turner. Years later she married Woodrow W. Zenfell, a surveyor from Mississippi, when he came to work for the National Park Service on the Skyline Drive section of the Blue Ridge Parkway which was being constructed nearby.

They raised three children, all of whom survive, although Mr Zenfell passed away in 2012. The children are Woodrow W. Zenfell, Jr, of St Louis; Jennifer Zenfell Fleming of Moberly; and Martha Ellen Zenfell of London, England. Also surviving are five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
