Victoria McGonigle, 54, of Anderson, passed away on March 2, 2014, after a courageous fight with cancer at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital in Anderson, IN. She was born on February 3, 1960, in Anderson, Indiana, and resided most of her life in Anderson. Victoria graduated from Purdue University.
She was a Sr. Account Manager of Small Business Group Insurance, Midwest Region for American Community Mutual Insurance Co. She was a loving and committed mother to her only son, John Christian McGonigle, and a member of Muncie Sailing Club and Kick Cancer’s Ass Group. “She stood in the storm and when the wind did not blow her away, she adjusted her sails.
Victoria is survived by her father, Charles Joyce McGonigle of Anderson, IN, son, John McGonigle of Anderson, IN, sister, Cathleen McGonigle of Anderson, IN, brother, Casey McGonigle of Anderson, IN, nieces and nephew, Mindy, Melissa and Aubrey, and Bryce.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Audrey McGonigle, and nephew Connor Ireland.
