Victor Martin Rouse, 54, of Severn, went Home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2019. He was born in Chicago, Illinois to LaVern Lee and the late Walter Victor Rouse. Vic was baptized when he was 10 years old at Second Avenue Baptist Church in Evanston, Illinois. He received his Bachelor’s of Science, Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and his Master’s degree in Early Childhood Development from George Washington University. He was a former employee of IKON Office Solutions, Robert Half Technology and currently a senior recruiter at Lockheed Martin. Vic was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, The Gamma XI chapter and Faithful and True Ministries for the last few years. He enjoyed listening to music, watching sports and had a passion for mentoring young children, leading them on the right path. Vic is survived by his cherished son, Walter Victor Rouse II from his union with former wife, Hillary Hendricks Lucas; devoted mother, LaVern Lee Rouse; loving sister, Deborah Rouse; beloved fiancée, Jen Gorst; caring aunts, Betty Jean Hamilton Smith (Solomon), Patsy Hamilton Williams, M. Ann Hamilton Dandridge, Doris Hamilton McGee and Nellie Hamilton Powell; and dear uncle, Russell Hamilton (Myra). He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his loving father, Walter Victor Rouse.
