Victor L. Bighinatti, 90, of New Britain, passed away on Sunday August 8, 2010 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain, surrounded by his loving family.
Victor was born on May 30, 1920 in Middletown, CT a son of the late Tullio and Marie Bighinatti.
He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and both the men’s and women’s UCONN teams. He bowled for many years for Berlin Steel and enjoyed gardening, and carpentry work, having built his own garage and remodeled his house.
Mr. Bighinatti is survived by his three daughters and sons-in-laws, Pamela and Jim “Pat” Brown of Bristol, Karen and William Rose of Blythe GA and Jane and Ken Long of Virginia Beach, VA; his brother William Bighinatti of Kensington; his sister Norma Hartney of Kensington; his four grandchildren, Craig and Keith Brown and William and Serena Rose and his two great-grandchildren Brett Koster and Lily Brown and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Lilli (Ebert) Bighinatti; his brother John Bighinatti and his sisters Irma Testori and Alda Gianoni.
