Dr. Victor Joseph Mimeault, 84, of Ridgefield, died on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at his home. He was born in Kenogami, PQ, Canada on July 18, 1937, a son of the late Philippe and Lottie (Jewell) Mimeault.
Vic received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Montreal and earned his doctorate in chemistry from Iowa State. Dr. Mimeault was the Senior Vice President of Technical and Strategic Procurement at Ampacet Corporation in White Plains, where he worked for 25 years.
A long-time resident of Ridgefield, Vic attended St.
In addition to his parents, Dr. Mimeault was predeceased by his four brothers, Rene, Albert, Leo, and Arthur.
