Victor Emilian, 79 of Allentown and Toronto, Ontario passed away peacefully on Saturday February 11,2017 in his home. Born in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine he was the son of the late Alex and Vera (Epury) Dechtiarenko. Victor earned a PhD in Eastern European Studies and worked as a CIA Agent most of his life.
Survivors: Victor will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Renee Emilian of Coopersburg and Andrea Stafrace of Toronto, Ontario; grandchildren Aaron, Andrew, Jordan and Alexander and his former spouse Diana Emilian.
