Victor Carrisse Simpkiss, Jr., age 74, of Upper Darby, PA, departed this life peacefully on July, 16, 2018. Born on August 15, 1943 in Upland, PA, he is survived by his loving daughters Kelly, Louann and Marie, and sons Robert and Victor, III. He also leaves behind 11 cherished grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved sister, Betsy Lee. His loving wife, Dolores and younger brother, Frank, predeceased him. Victor worked for the Delaware County Courthouse Maintenance Department for 15 years as an Electrician. He was also a skilled craftsman with wood and built many beautiful pieces of furniture and other decorative items. He was a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies fan and enjoyed watching both teams play. Victor was know for his easy-going spirit, kind heart and sense of humor. In addition to his loving family, he leaves behind a host of devoted friends and neighbors.
