Victor “Allan” Rychling, 82, of Lebanon, CT died on Monday, December 9, 2019. Born to the late Ruth (Boyton) and Victor Rychling, he graduated from Windham High School in 1954 and Diesel School in 1959. As a welder and mechanic, he worked for several contractors in the area. Before his retirement, Allan volunteered at the Lebanon Fire Department as a fireman. He was the president of the Yankee Doodlebug Association and performed at several fairs and events. Allan was an avid UConn Basketball fan and never missed a game. He leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Marian (Clark); daughter, Dr. Cindy Spielman of Minneapolis, MN; son, Glen of Lebanon, CT; brother, Nathan of Hebron, CT; sisters, Nancy Smith of Columbia, CT and Shirley McFadden; sister-in-law Jean Robitaille; and several nieces and nephews.
