Vicky is survived by her husband, Jianwen Kevin Chen; mother, Shuiying Wu; father, Bicai Lu; daughters, Michelle Chen and Athena Chen; nephew, Allen Qing Tao Lu; siblings, Ru Fa Lu, Yu Ping Lu, Ping Mei Lu, and Ru Hui Lu; close friend, James Earl “Uncle Jamy” Hudmon, Jr.
Vicky was well known throughout the community. She was the owner / operator of Zen House Chinese Restaurant in Valley, Alabama. She was a loving wife and mother.
