ORANGE-Mrs. Vickie Ray Nicholson, 58, wife of Daryl Nicholson of Efland died on Sunday, August 14, 2011. She was a member of Efland United Methodist Church. Vickie worked for N.W. Young for 30 years prior to working for North Carolina Eye, Ear, Nose & Throat. She was preceded in death by her father Carmel Ray and brother, Jeffrey is survived by her mother, Margaret C. Ray of Durham; one son, Joshua Nickelous Nicholson of Efland, one brother, Butch Ray (Wife) Kathi of Bahama; one granddaughter, Ripsey Blankenship of Mebane.
