On January 21, 2021 Vernon Franklin Darr passed away age 89. Mr. Darr was employed by the A&P Bakery all of his working life, and later delivered newspapers during retirement. He enjoyed music and dancing, and was a longtime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Glen Burnie Lodge # 1456. He and his wife, Patricia, loved going to the lodge dancing. He was quite the dancer!
Mr. Darr was the beloved husband of Patricia Darr until her passing in June of 2019. He was the loving brother of the late Catherine Clatterbuck, Jessie Dobson, Anna Shappell, Alvin, Pete and Gilbert Darr and was blessed with a multitude of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
