Verna Mae Gagnon, age 76, of 1421 Delta Avenue, Gladstone passed away Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the Bishop Noa Home in Escanaba with her family by her side.
Verna was born January 22, 1931 to Narcis and Eva (Poquette) Thibeault in Gladstone. She remained a lifelong resident of the Gladstone area. Verna was united in marriage to Marvin Gagnon on July 16, 1949 at the All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. She was a longtime member of All Saints and was often seen working with the ladies on the luncheon committee. Verna also worked as a cashier at the Ben Franklin store in Gladstone. She most enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Morris, Willard and Joseph Thibeault and two sisters, Eva Carlson and Audrey Fix.
