Vera was a very loving mother and grandmother. She formerly worked at Abels in Anderson where she worked as a waitress and cook.
Vera is survived by her daughter, Kelly Clevenger of Pendleton; daughter, Trudi (Jerry) Courtney of Pendleton; son, Erik Shryock of Pompano Beach, FL; son, Brian Shryock of Elwood; daughter, Carla Clevenger of Anderson; 2 Granddaughters, Erika Spicer and Brittney Courtney; Great-Granddaughter, Grace Ledbetter; Many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by mother, Louise Hornback; father, Everett Hornback; husband, John Shryock; 3 sons, Don Clevenger, Mark Clevenger, and Larry Clevenger. Cremation will take place.
