Vera Ridgway passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Virtua Hospital in the Samaritan Hospice Unit, she was 94.
Born October 27, 1920 in Riverside, she was a longtime resident of Edgewater Park and spent later years in Burlington Township with her daughter. She is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Ridgway and her parents Joseph and Verna Kunteski and son-in-law Ernest Ferri.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Nancy Ferri, her grandsons Joh and his wife Krissy of Allen, Texas and Steven and his wife Beth of Moorestown, NJ and great-grandchildren Joseph, Gianna, Elena and Sienna. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Kunteski and her sister Elizabeth Kuntesti.
She is also survived by her sisters Anne White of Edgewater Park, Emma Cooper of Catonsville, Maryland, Marie Renshaw of Riverside and many beloved nieces and nephews. We will miss our Nana and the love, joy and smiles she brought into our lives. Her legacy will live on through the model of selflessness and faith she shared with us. We lover you, Nana.
