Vera Hulda Kleine, 89, lifelong resident of Silver Cliff, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012, at Vali Assisted Living. She was born November 22, 1922, to Charles and Annetta (Lensch) Miller in Westcliffe. She attended school in rural Westcliffe and later worked at Min’s Café for many years. On March 15, 1946, she married Bill Kleine of Silver Cliff. Bill was the county tax assessor and together they owned and operated Kleine’s Trailer Park and self-serve laundry until she retired and sold the business in 2008. She was preceded in death by Bill in 1975. Two children were born to this marriage, Larry Bill and Linda M Kleine Herrick. Vera married Dale Kelling of Westcliffe in 1981 and they later divorced.
