Velma Telfair Parker of St. Petersburg, Florida went to be with our Heavenly Father Tuesday, August 3, 2021. As her death was sudden, we are all at a loss of a beautiful, caring soul that will be forever loved and missed.
She lives through her daughter, Olga Jeffers (Israel) of Petersburg, VA and sons, Clifford Norman (Rutchel) of Lafayette, IN and Christopher Norman (Jessica) of Brandon, FL. As well as her granddaughters Nahjee and Ataya and grandsons Jackson, Jameson, and Maxton (who preceded her in death) and only great granddaughter, Janira, and many other family members and friends.
