Vance R. Justice, 77, of Anderson, passed away on March 4, 2018 at the St. Vincent Hospital in Anderson. He was born on August 20, 1940 in Anderson, where he resided all of his life.
He served his country in the United States Army for four years. He then was employed by General Motors, and retired after 38 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, golfing, hunting, gardening, but most importantly he loved to spend time playing with his grand children.
Vance is survived by his loving spouse of 53 years, Patricia (Leslie) Justice; son, Sam (Sabrina) Justice; grand children, Tyler Justice and Audrianna Justice. Also surviving are his sisters, JoAnn Richey and Evelyn Schenlaub; brother and sister-in-law, Sam (Marsha) Leslie and Brenda (Tom) Huston; several nieces and nephews, and his four-pawed friend, Honey. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Justice; parents, Guy and Juanita Justice; nine sisters; two brothers; brother-in-law, Paul Leslie; and sister-in-law, Wanda Ancil.
