Dear Friends and Family:

It is with great sadness and heavy heart that we are informing you that a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend – Mr. Vallabhdas Kanjia peacefully passed away in his sleep as a result of prolong illness on Thursday morning, April 9th, 2020 at his residence in Irving, TX, at the age of 76 years.

With love, friends and family will simply call him Das. Das came to Dallas TX, to provide the American dream to his daughter, two sons along with his wife. For the past 35+ years, he and his wife Savita, made Irving area their home and raised their family here. From very young age, he took responsibility looking after all his family members. He was a successful business entrepreneur trading in Textile industry in Mumbai, India. He made a selfless decision to come to US at age of 41 and start all over again for the better future for his kids, apples of his eyes. He was a very hard worker, devoted to his family and true fighter with all the medical challenges he faced during last 10 years. For those who knew him well will attest to the fact that he was a very simple man, always calm, cool and fun to be around.
