Valery Anne (Falcone) Walton, 35, of Newton died on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Unity Point Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Valery, the daughter of William and Beth (Klein) Falcone, was born on December 27, 1986 in Beaver, Pennsylvania. She lived in Madison, Pennsylvania until the age of 10 when they moved to Newton, Iowa. Valery graduated from Newton High School in 2005. She attended Iowa State University and later graduated with her BA from Buena Vista University. Valery worked for Windstream in Newton first as a Field Technician and most recently as a Data Analyst. Valery is survived by her husband, Tim Walton of Newton; step-daughter, Kayleigh Walton; her father, William Falcone of Newton; sisters, Lynna (Ben) Lukehart of Aurora, Colorado and Leslie (Kyle) Orr of Marion; her grandparents, George and Joan Klein of Darlington, Pennsylvania and Pete and Joan Falcone of Zephyrhills, Florida; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beth Brown and maternal grandmother, Carol Klein.
