Valerie Lewis-Sanders, 45, of Fairview Heights, Ill., born November 25, 1961 in Abington, PA., died Friday, April 20, 2007. Valerie was a member of 1st Baptist Church of O’Fallon, was a member of the Coffee Ministry and also taught Sunday school. Valerie was also a member of the AKA Sorority, the Jack & Jill Organization and was a participant of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. She was a pharmaceutical representative for Novartis and Eli Lilly at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
Valerie is survived by her husband Wayne Sanders, whom she married June 6, 1987 in Abington, PA, 2 children, Holle & Thomas Sanders, all of Fairview Heights, Ill, parents Thomas & Dorothy, nee Garland, Lewis of Washington, D.C., and 2 sisters, Debbie & Benjamin Taylor of Washington, D.C. and Andrea & Wayne Randolph of Newtown, PA.
