Evangelist Valarie L. Ellis of Tampa went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 16, 2020.
Evangelist Valarie L. Ellis was a native of Tampa, Florida and was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School, Class of 1966. She furthered her education and attended Florida A & M University.
Valarie was an Entrepreneur and Missionary. Her Florida Notary on Wheels kept her on the road, as did her Prison Ministries. She was the founder and CEO of W.H.E.E.L.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Albert Jones; grandfather, James Moore; grandmother, Thelma Moore and brother, Roderick Ellis I.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Ricky Ellis; mother, Gloria Jones; sisters, Denise Perry (Albert), and Victoria Ross; grandson, Rodrick Ellis (mother Tonya), granddaughter, Shenekqua Standback; great granddaughter, Ny’Ayla Johnson (mother Ann); nieces and nephews, Samora Camble, Latoya Neal, Britt West, Shareka Harris, Christina Harris, Curtis Ross, Quinton Ross, Brian Ross, Kevin Ross, Johnothan Harris and Demetrius Ellis; and a host of others; a host of cousins, to include Linda Raye and family and Venda R. Williams and family; and a host of friends to include, Mattie Davis, Thelma Bruce, Lois Dunbar, Carol Bryant, The Divine Christian Women and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
