Ulric was the fourth born of seven children and is pre-deceased by his parents Lillian and Lawrence Mullin, Lacy Mullin, Kenneth Mullin, Baby Mullin, and Doreen Mullin. He was educated at St. Andrews Boy’s Grammar school and then went on to graduate from engineering school.
