Truman Dale Bartels (79), a resident of Melbourne Florida passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday June 28th 2018. For 54 years he was the beloved husband and friend of the late Elaine Claire Bartels who also passed away on April 17, 2018.
Born in Sioux Center Iowa On May 5, 1939 to the late Henry Bartels and Hermina DeBoer. After growing up in Sioux Center Iowa, he stretched his legs and joined the Navy to see the world.
He is survived by his two children Kristen (Bartels) Stone of Warwick RI and Ryan Bartels and his fiancé Stacey Bruce and their daughter Emma Bruce of Westford Ma, his older Sister Rose Kooima and his younger sister Ruth Ann Kehrli. And along with numerous Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
