Troy Kirchhoff, age 46 of Humboldt, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019 at the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital. Troy Bruce Kirchhoff, the son of Bruce and Sandy (Sleiter) Kirchhoff, was born on October 29, 1972 in Humboldt. He graduated from Humboldt High School in 1991. After graduation, Troy attended Northwestern Community College. Troy’s passion was Bodybuilding, which led to his career as a Personal Trainer. On September 8, 2001, Troy was united in marriage to Jennifer Haukoos at Zion Lutheran church in Humboldt. He enjoyed watching football; especially if the Denver Broncos were playing. Troy was very proud of his family and loved to spend time with his family and friends. Left to cherish Troy’s memory are his wife of 18 years, Jennifer; his children Cade Kirchhoff and Tanner (Tiffany) Kirchhoff; his parents, Bruce and Sandy Kirchhoff of Humboldt; sisters, Tammy (Chad) Kuker of Fort Dodge and Tiffany Clay of Humboldt; father and mother-in-law, Monte (Kim) Haukoos of Renwick; brother and sister-in-law, Jason (Brianne) Haukoos of Humboldt; eight nieces and nephews, Brittney Nilles, Jacob Nilles, Logan Nilles, Tyson Kuker, Katie Kuker, Lauren Kuker, Maddilyn Haukoos and Kaylee Haukoos; step-grandmother, Pat Sleiter of Humboldt and numerous other family members and friends. Troy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard and Ruth Kirchhoff and Ervin and Iva Sleiter.
