Troy E. Hartley, 50, of Whiteland, passed away on December 3, 2017. He was born on June 29, 1967 in Beech Grove to Dale Hartley and Wilma Hartley Wells. He was a 1986 graduate of Baptist High School in Indianapolis where he played basketball. Troy was employed at Napa Auto Stores working in inventory control. He enjoyed watching IU basketball and target shooting with his Son. Troy loved his family dearly as well as his dogs, Faith and Hope.
Troy is survived by his wife Jeanne Hartley; children Nikki and Dale Hartley; mother Wilma Wells (Jack); mother-in-law Martha Foote; several brothers- and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in passing by his father, Dale Hartley and father-in-law Richard Foote.
