Troy A. “Bubba” Clifton, 38, Anderson, passed away April 1, 2012 peacefully in his sleep after a lifelong battle with heart disease. He was born November 24, 1973 in Anderson, and lived in this area all his life.
Even with his illness, he was never a person to complain. He never met a stranger and was involved with baseball in his youth. Troy graduated in 1993 from Anderson High School and graduated from Harrison College. He worked in several local restaurants and worked as a D.J. in this area.
Troy was a member of the Madison County Veteran’s Association. He is survived by his mother; Christine Zook Dave Anderson, father; Richard “Rick” Clifton, Guatamala, Brother Todd Clifton, Anderson, and Troy’s companion; Trisha Cole, Anderson, Step-sisters; Renee Klautky, Columbus, Ohio, Jenna Zook, South Bend, Mandi Stewart Rob, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Grandfather; Vernon Clifton Anderson, Cousin; Vicki Montgomery Larry, Aunt and Uncle Joyce and Bill Seal & nieces & nephews; India Clifton, Maece Clifton and Trenton Stewart and his beloved pets, Harley & Simba. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Groh & Lynn for taking great care of Troy.
