Boyd, Trooper Armstrong, 61, of Chattanooga, died Monday, April 23, 2007 at his home. Mr. Boyd was a son of the late George and Lady Griffen Boyd. He was also preceded in death by a son, Torrey Boyd and a brother, Charles Boyd. Survivors include his wife, Vicki Whittenbarger Boyd, son, Clark (Holly) Coffey, Pawleys Island, SC; two daughters, Neely (John) Ziskin,Maple Grove, MN; Becky (Chris) Shoemake Chattanooga; two brothers, George Boyd and Lindley Boyd, both of Columbus, MS; four grandchildren.
