Trinie Hernandez, 78, of Oxnard, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2014.
She was born July 3, 1935 in Oxnard by her loving parents Salvador Covarrubias and Inez Macias and had been a life long county resident.
In 1954 she married Filimon Hernandez and became proud owners of El Sombrero restaurant for many years.
She is preceded in death by her parents Salvador and Inez Covarrubias: brothers, Salvador Jr., Raymond, Juan and Ignacio Covarrubias and her sisters, Irene Covarrubias and Inez Lopez.
Trinie is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
My auntie Trinie is the last of her family circle to join all the rest in heaven. I am sure she will be happy to all be together again. I would like to thank the staff at Maywood Acres for there love and care.
