Trinidad Uriegas, 95, went home to be with the Lord peacefully at his residence surrounded by love of his family. Mr. Uriegas was born on September 14, 1923 in Rancho Carrizo, San Carlos, Tamaulipas Mexico. He lived most of his life in Ejido Soledad de Los Perez in Cruillas, Tamaulipas where he was a farmer all of his life. He resided in Rio Hondo, TX the last four years to be close to his family. He was a member of St. Helens Catholic Church. Trinidad enjoyed being with family, singing his favorite songs and telling jokes with family and friends. He leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memory his loving and devoted wife of 72 years, Mercedes A. Uriegas, seven children, Nolberto Uriegas (Aunolia), Jose Luis Uriegas ((Eglamtina), Fidel Uriegas (Alma), Irma Figueroa (Faustino Garza), Trinidad Saldana (Hector), Javier Uriegas (Rosie), Francisco Rigoberto Uriegas (Guadalupe), 27 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Maria Carolina Uriegas, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
