Trinidad Sendejas, 95, of Oxnard, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2010, at Maywood Acres Healthcare.
She was born June 21, 1914 in Ecuandureo, Michoacan, Mexico and had been a Ventura County resident for 80 years. Prior to her retirement, she owned and operated her own restaurant on Seventh Street called La Pasadita. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Trinidad is survived by her children, Marion Gonzales, Joe (Rita) Gonzales, Antonia Rodriguez, Pete (Maria) Gonzales, Gloria (Abel) Lopez, John (Cherie) Lujano, Gilbert (Gloria) Lujano, Isabel Morales and Connie Madrid; 30 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Natividad Oliva; brother, Socorro Hernandez, and her beloved son, Jimmy “Bongo” Gonzales.
