He was a student at John G. Leach School in New Castle, DE.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Chad M. Jenkins of Newark, DE; his maternal grandparents, Mike and Elaine O’Connor of Quinton, NJ; and his paternal grandmother, Hazel Jenkins of Colora, MD. He is also survived by his loving and caring aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
