Our son, Travis Dean Rounds, 23 of Lawton passed away suddenly from a motorcycle accident on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. He was born June 9, 1997 in Kalamazoo to John and Leeann Rounds.
Travis is survived by his parents John and Leeann, girlfriend Natalie Cope, Grandma Sharon Rounds, Grandma Christina Petersen, Grandparents Ralph and NanCe Piper, Uncle Jeff Rounds, Aunt Sarah (Kelly) Rounds, Uncle Steve (Jennifer) Piper, Uncle Keith (Anyssa) Piper, Uncle Josh (Carmen) Grant and cousins, Aidan, Bessie Jane, Saphira and Roger. He is also survived by extended family and many close friends that he considered family.
He is preceded in death by his Grandpa John W. Rounds.
Travis was a life-long member of St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was also a member of the Paw Paw Conservation Club.
Travis loved spending time with his girlfriend Natalie, family, and friends. One of his passions in life was shooting at the range with his father, Andy Boerman, Jacob Yonke, and others. He loved riding his motorcycle around town, on group rides, and on long trips. He enjoyed camping with his Grandma Sharon and Steve, Brenda and Jacob Yonke. Travis was a traveler and spent time site seeing. He was a Star Wars and Lego fan. He also liked to golf. Anything to do with motors, firearms, knives, and tools were some the things in life that made Travis happy.
We tragically lost our son, but he will forever live in our hearts and the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
