Travis Christopher Cook, Sr., 38, of Palatka, passed away on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Putnam Community Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born in St. Augustine and had been a lifelong resident of Putnam County.
Travis was the owner and operator of Reptile Pools. In his leisure time, he enjoyed hunting, swimming, and playing games. Travis especially enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Tommy Heywood Cook and Melinda Pierce Cook.
He is survived by his wife, Jamie Miller, son, Travis Cook, Jr., daughters, Annabelle and Ava Grace Cook, brother, Thomas Cook, sister, Tonya Cook, grandmother, Betty Pierce, as well as several uncles, aunts, cousins, and other extended family members.
