Tranquilino Alonzo
July 6, 1939 – January 4, 2019
Tranquilino Alonzo age 79, went home to be with the Lord Friday January 4, 2019 at Valley Baptist Medical Center. He was a lifelong resident of Harlingen. He retired from Wal Mart after many years of service.
He leaves behind to cherish his wonderful memory his loving and devoted wife of 52 years, Sofia Alonzo and two children, Elizabeth Alonzo Rodriguez (Gilberto Xavier Rodriguez Jr.) and Jesus Jaime Alonzo (Victoria Castro), 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, Siblings, Felcia, Maria, Jesus and Pablo Alonzo along with numerous nephews, nieces other relatives and friends.
Mr. Alonzo is preceded in death by his son, Omar Alonzo Jr., his parents, Geronimo and Genoveva Alonzo and 3 brothers, Federico, Matias and Pepe Alonzo.
