Born August 2, 1970 in Delta, Colorado, he was the son of Vergil W. Ross and Linda Cook.
Tracy attended R-5 High School in Grand Junction, Colorado.
He was a big-hearted guy and enjoyed hiking with his dogs, Gunner and Roxy, camping, and motorcycling. He was also very dedicated to his mother, and took care of her during her illness.
Tracy was preceded in death by his grandparents, aunt, uncle, dad, and cousin.
Tracy is survived by his parents, sister, 3 brothers, 2 daughters, and 5 grandchildren.
