Tracey (Hanlon) LeBlanc passed away suddenly on Nov 20, 2021. She was a resident of West Hill Lake in New Hartford. Born in Norwalk, CT, she was the youngest daughter of Shirley (Miller) and William F. Hanlon, both of Norwalk. She was preceded in passing by her beloved brother, Bill Hanlon. She was the extremely proud mother of two loved sons, Ryan LeBlanc and his fiancé Jessica, of San Antonio, Texas and Corey LeBlanc of Bristol.Tracey can be remembered for her bright smile, along with her cheery, warm and joyous spirit. She was well known in the West Hill area for her beautiful gardens and could often be seen enjoying her walks with one of her loved dogs; who were a constant companion. She also gained a love for kitty cats later in her life. Tracey had the most welcoming of hearts, with room for all that entered her life, and loved entertaining friends and family alike at ‘The Estate’ as her father had dubbed the residence. Tracey loved cooking and hosting holidays but her favorite was her annual 4th of July Party, with Ryan and Corey and all of their best friends. It was a joyous day to celebrate the red, white and blue; followed by an inevitable fireworks display.Tracey, like the rest of her family, had a true love for the New York Yankees; she enjoyed many games at the stadium with her family. She enjoyed sunny summer days in her yard, music of any kind, dancing around the cottage and at concerts to that music; especially country concerts where she would wear her cowboy boots and sing along (off key of course). She was employed at the Fresh Market store in Avon. She will be missed for her true enthusiasm, greetings, and pure customer service.
