ANTHONY “TONY” SARRO, JR., 75 and originally from South Baltimore passed away on May 17, 2013. Tony was born on August 13, 1937 in Baltimore. He graduated in 1955 from Southern High School where he was an Honorable Mention All American Lacrosse player. Tony retired after 40 years of service as a Sergeant from the Baltimore City Police Department and served as Vice President for the F.O. P. He was inducted into the Baltimore Boys of Summer Hall of Fame. Tony was also a semi-pro boxer and played lacrosse and football.
