Tony Allen Harlow “Oocho Chacho”, 40
Okeechobee – Tony Allen Harlow A.K.A Oocho Chacho died on November 20, 2021. Tony was born on January 14, 1981 in Okeechobee, Florida. A resident nearly all his life, Tony had a dream he shared with his nephew, Foy. They were going to open a small shop and call it “Tony’s Tune-ups”. Tony enjoyed bike rides with his other nephew, Gunner, Tony’s “tapeworm”.
Tony’s son, Tony lll (Third), was a huge part of his heart for 21 years, and he wasn’t done teaching things to his favorite person. One of their bonds was playing pool. Tony left behind his family who loved him more than he will ever know. His family, including Buddy and Charlee, will miss him dearly. He was most definitely a kid at heart, one cool uncle and dad, and his sister’s protector.
Tony was preceded in death by his cousin, Frank James Eversoll, and grandfather, Russell Allen Harlow.
He is survived by his mother Lee Anna Harlow; father, Tony Allen Harlow, Sr., both of Okeechobee; son, Tony Allen Harlow, lll, of Okeechobee; brother, James E. Goforth (Jackie), of North Carolina; sister Tamra Lee Harlow-Cunningham (Ernest), of Okeechobee; nephews, Johnny, Foy, and Gunner; and nieces, Allissa and Jade.
