SMSgt Tommy L. Bolin
1950-2009
SMSgt, retired Tommy L. Bolin, of Shalimar, passed away at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Born in Gaffney SC, he was the son of the late Barney and Idell Bolin.
He leaves, Jane, his best friend and wife of over 30 years. He also leaves his daughter, Leiah, son, T, of Florida. He leaves his brother, Billy Bolin, of Gaffney, Sc, Mother-in-law, Mary Frank Newby, and many world-wide friends. He also leaves behind man’s best friend, Dixie.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joe Bolin.
Tommy served the United States Air Force honorably as a civil engineer for over 22 years and several government contractors on Eglin AFB for 13 years.
Tommy loved his family, friends, and county. He will be missed by many.
