In 1959 he married Margene Blair and had their daughter, Tanya. They later divorced in 1961 and he met and married the love of his life, Diane Briscoe in 1965.
Tommy enjoyed bowling with the “Bowling Bunch,” watching western classics and talking sports with anyone. Boise State University was always in conversation as well as local high school basketball teams. He will be remembered for the large groups of people he would entertain at his cabin in Crouch, Idaho where he was known for his cast-iron Dutch oven cookouts. If you ever stopped by, Tommy made sure you had a cold beer in your hand.
Tommy found his niche in the beer business.
