NOLENSVILLE, TN- Tommie Belle Fortner Webster, 88, passed peacefully Thursday December 5, 2019 at her daughter’s home in Nolensville. Her last breath was in the arms of her family and her next breath was in the arms of her Savior. Our loss is heaven’s gain. Tommie Belle was born in Ripley Tennessee on February 2, 1931. The daughter of Richard L. & Tommie Ada Hyde Fortner. She had a wonderful childhood growing up in the Fortner Hotel which her grandparents and parents owned. She graduated from Ripley High School and went on to attend The University of Tennessee Knoxville where she graduated in 1953 with a BS in Business Administration. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 45 years, Keith H. Webster of Logan Ohio. Children Tom (Debbie) Rutherford of Ocoee, FL, Karen (Robert) Vernon of Nolensville, TN, Mark (Paula) Webster of Gallatin, TN, Jackie (John) Flad of Winterhaven, FL, Scott (Glenda) Webster of Franklin, TN. 12 Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren. Brother, Richard (Carol) Fortner of St. Cloud, FL.
