Tomi M. Baldridge, age 60, of Walnut Hill, IL passed away Friday April 22, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. Tomi was born June 24, 1955 in Effingham, IL the daughter of Claud and Maxine (Ludington) Quick. She married Chuck Baldridge on July 17, 1976 at St. Mary’s Church in Centralia, IL and he survives in Walnut Hill.

In addition to her mother and husband she is survived by one sister: Pam Brown and husband John of Cape Girardeau MO; two brothers: Rick Kinder and wife Donna of Sevierville , TN and Steve Kinder of Cape Girardeau, MO. Fifteen nieces and nephews, twenty-six great nieces and nephews, three great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother Mark Alan Quick. Tomi graduated from North Wamac Grade School. She then graduated from Centralia High School class of 1973.

She then attended Kaskaskia College graduating with an associate’s degree. She was a member of Beta Sigma International Sorority since 1974 and currently a member of Preceptor Delta Sorority in Centralia. She worked at First State Bank, Economy Fire and Casualty, Benoist Bros, The Insurance Store and Hapeman Insurance. She co-owned Midwest Truck Accessories with her husband Chuck and partners. Tomi enjoyed life; she especially loved her four legged companion Ruger.
