MAYSVILLE Tom Jefferson, 88, of Maysville passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Jefferson was born in Brooksville on June 6, 1924 son the late Wiley R. & Vena Mae Claypoole Jefferson.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Mildred Mofford Jefferson. The couple married on Feb. 14, 1948. Also, 2 sons, William “Tom” Jefferson of Birmingham, MI, Donald (Denise) Jefferson of Louisville; a daughter Donna (Tommy) Fryman of Flemingsburg. 4 grandchildren, Nicole Jefferson, Philip Jefferson, Benjamin Fryman, Daniel Fryman; 1 great grandchild Sawyer Jefferson; 2 brothers, Wiley Jefferson and Otho Jefferson both of Brooksville and 3 sisters, Eileen Hester of Germantown, Norma Jean Vermillion of Cold Spring and Joetta King of Neave. He was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Jefferson.
