Tina Marie Tarman, age 47, of Pembrooke Drive, Salem, died at 9:24 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at the University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born May 13, 1965 in Endicott, New York, the daughter of Leland Hicock and Gloria (Hand) Hicock McQuilkin She was a graduate of Trumansburg High School and was an insurance agent for over 20 years. She worked the last 2 years with the Minor Insurance Agency in Lisbon. Tina loved to read and play cards. Survivors include her mother, Gloria McQuilkin and stepfather Jerry McQuilkin of Salem; her father, Leland Hicock of New Mexico; her husband, Paul Tarman III of Port Charlotte, Florida; a brother, Danny (Chris) Hicock of Cortland, New York; and several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Aspen.
