Timothy Wayne Hayes, 58, passed away Saturday Jan. 17, 2015 in Franklin. He was a resident of Franklin.
Tim was born July 21, 1956 in Franklin to Virgil “Doc” and Gloria (Cordray) Hayes.
He collected NASCAR memorabilia. He enjoyed going to NASCAR races, watching old movies and wrestling. He loved music, his parrot and his cat and dog. He was very close to his late brother-in-law, Tom Wyss.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria Hayes of Franklin, sister, Shirley Wyss of Whiteland, brother, Randy Hayes of Franklin, grandmother, Mae Browning of Ohio and close friend, John Gyurky.
He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Hayes and brother, Stan Hayes.
