Dr. Timothy M. (Tim) Singleton, who came to Dahlonega in 1989 when he was named Lee Anderson Professor of Management at the University of North Georgia’s business department and who retired here in 2001, died Wednesday, July 31, at Atlanta’s Piedmont Hospital following a lengthy hospitalization for complications from congestive heart failure. He was 76 years old.
