Timothy L. Wallace, 43, of Dowagiac, died Saturday, October 4, 2014.
Timothy was born August 8, 1971 in Elkhart, Indiana to Glenn and Sandra (Peters) Wallace. He married Carrie Lynn Everman August 22, 1992 in Cassopolis. She preceded him in death November 17, 2006. Tim was a simple man.
He enjoyed tractor clubs, collecting model tractors and building toy farm displays with his son, Hesston, and had even won some ribbons. Tim was learning to like horses (he called them “hay burners”) with his daughter, Huntter. He enjoyed farming and raising cows with his nieces and nephew. Most of all Tim enjoyed being a father to his kids and an uncle to his nieces and nephew. Tim loved all kids. He loved to play Santa for the 4-H Club sponsored pet pictures.
Family and friends will greatly miss Timothy. He is survived by two daughters, Huntter L. Wallace, Charlee Ann Towne; two sons, Hesston L. Wallace, Austin Towne; his fiancé©, Lorenne “Rennie” Towne of Dowagiac; his mother, Sandra (Peters) Wallace of Cassopolis; his father, Glenn Wallace of Union; three brothers, Trent (Tina) Wallace, Troy (Marilyn) Wallace, Tony Wallace, all of Cassopolis; one uncle, John Peters of Bristol, Indiana; five nieces, Tiara Rich, Ashlynne Wallace, Abigail Wallace, Morgan Wallace, Madelyn Hodge; and his only nephew and buddy, Levi Wallace.
